Offering Recognition for Students, participants will:

- Be exposed to self-evaluation techniques
- Receive positive feed-back and constructive criticism throughout the process
- Be given an extensive project evaluation upon project completion including ideas and suggestions from four different teams of community leaders
- Be recognized for their accomplishments through team incentives such as pizza parties, shirts and drawings, trophies and medals, and a recognition, evaluation and celebration day Tournament or cumulating event
- Receive community service hours
